Legal educators are welcome to āadoptā the Client Science course in whole or in part and to use any and all of the documents provided here. Indeed, this websiteās primary goal is to make it easy for you to teach the course and make assigned readings (in addition to the Client Science book), simulation exercises, and other exercises and handouts available to your students. Thus, I have provided copies of syllabi, text for course descriptions, powerpoints (arranged by topic), an extensive Instructorās Guide, separate instructorās notes for role simulations, and two different versions of a final counseling skills exercise. Materials that I generally hand out in class are also included in this legal educatorsā section only.
Review the Course Materials
You will no doubt want to read all course materials before deciding whether to use them. Thus, you may download the āEducatorsā Review Packageā that includes the full set of the teaching materials, divided into large categories. Or, you may download the many documents separately.
