Full Course Materials Packages for Students Assigned by Group
It is important that you access and download ONLY the materials available under your assigned Group because these have been arranged to insure that students who will take on a lawyer’s role in one simulation will take on the client’s role in the next one, and so forth. (You may be wondering: why, the IIa & b and Why the IV a & b? The answer will become clear as the course unfolds. It has to do with the rather intricate set-up on one of the client counseling exercises. )
You will also see that certain materials are the same for all groups. Some of these are readily available in other areas of this website. They are nonetheless included within each group’s materials, so that everyone can be confident that if they download their entire group packet, it will include all materials they need to prepare for class.
Individual Selections of Course Materials
You may view and download individual exercises and simulations separately. Note however, where there are distinct roles or segments for an exercise or simulation, you will only have access to one of them. Your course instructor should have informed you of the role or exercise segment you should select.
